Ever since I have been writing this weight blog, I have discovered that overweight people have many characteristics in common. We all got to be overweight because we like food and sweets. The other thing we have in common is that we want to lose weight but we keep putting it off. So how do we know when we are ready? It takes several things to get us ready.
Of course, mentally we have to be ready. Taking action is the next step. I get many people leaving their contact information on my site letting me know that they are interested. Being interested is not the same thing as being ready. Even the people who go on to order their weight loss product doesn’t mean that they are ready to lose weight. The actual losing weight begins with the mental preparation. That mental preparation has to exist every single day of the rest of your life. Every day you have to exercise your mind. It isn’t easy and it doesn’t get easy. It takes mental training. I do promise you that if you exercise your mind everyday with that preparation to lose weight, it will get easier. Donuts, pastries, chips, ice cream will never go away.
But your ability to walk away from them will overtake the desire of wanting them. Keep doing what you are doing. Stay strong. Believe in yourself. You can count on YOU to stay strong and lose the weight. You will love yourself for it over and over.
