Cupcakes, brownies, cookies, oatmeal bars on a diet?? What?? How is that possible to have all these goodies on the 90 Day Challenge? What about calories? All those yummy treats have gobs of calories?

Well, folks, it’s all about versatility. The ViSalus Vi-Shake is an extremely versatile product. We already know that it can be used for weight loss when taking 2 shakes a day along with a healthy lean meal. It can be used for maintenance of the weight loss by using 1 shake a day along with 2 healthy lean meals. We also now know that 3 scoops of the Vi-Shake in your shake is used by body builders to build up their lean muscle content. We know that Vi-Shake is jammed packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants, prebiotics and 23 vitamins and minerals so it can be used by pregnant and lactating women. Incredible!

Now, I introduce the versatility of the Vi-Shake. It can be used in recipes to create delicious brownies, cupcakes, bars and cookies. Yes, I agree, it gets better and better! I personally use 2 scoops of the Vi-Shake in my oatmeal instead of sugar! It is so good that way!! I also use 2 scoops in my pancake batter for fluffy, sweet tasting pancakes. I recently decided to try my hand at brownies using Vi-Shake. Guess whaaaaat?? Yummy to the max!! I have included the recipe. VI-BROWNIES
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup butter Mix eggs, butter, vanilla
2 eggs and applesauce. Mix in
2 tsp. vanilla dry ingredients. Oil a
3/4 cup xylitol 9″ pan. Cook at 350 degrees
1/2 cup cocoa powder for 20 minutes. Don’t over
1/4 tsp.salt cook.
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup Vi-Shape
nuts (optional)
