I had someone write to me and on the low, low said that she wasn’t losing weight on the shakes. So I asked her to tell me exactly and honestly how she was making her shakes. The Vi-Shake already has calories people because of the protein in it so if you add it to water—guess what? NO calories!! If you add it to juice, read the juice label for the calories. If you add it to whole milk, read the number of calories. Same thing with skim milk or soy milk. They all come with calories. Well, turns out my friend was adding it to whole milk, then adding yogurt for creaminess and a dash of fattening creamer for extra taste! NO! Too many calories!!! It will take much, much longer to lose that weight. But here’s something I discovered today. Stick to the skim milk but if you notice that you may have plateaued (not losing weight), try this delicious shake. Get some diet green tea. It has no sugar and no carbs and no calories. Mix your 2 scoops of Vi-Shake and do this for a couple of days together with your one lean meal per day and you should see instant results! Please be careful what you mix in with your Vi-Shake. You are not drinking a real shake. Besides Vi-Shake already comes equipped for great taste!
