What Is Your Plan?

What are your summer weight loss goals? Have you thought about it? Have you written them down? Start right now. Write down your summer goals. When you write something down, you have a better chance of realizing it. How do you plan to achieve those goals? Have you thought about it? It’s time. It’s time for you to set goals and most importantly for you to reach those goals. No more procrastination. The definition of insanity remember, is that we do the same thing everyday hoping for a different result. I read this statement from someone on the Vi-net site and I loved it, so I am copying it in hopes that it will help you. If you are on the 90 day challenge, body by vi, keep this in mind. 2 shakes/day=melting the pounds away. 1 shake/day=keeping the pounds away. Cool huh? l loved it. It’s a great formula for success. Make this one of your goals. Do this everyday and you will definitely have success.

Once you have achieved your weight loss goals then do 1 shake a day. What other goals can you accomplish for the summer? How about exercise. Walking, running, weights, sit ups. How about conquering the gym? How about something most of us dread? A personal trainer! You know that a personal trainer will give you hell. Maybe that’s exactly what you need. So come on, join me in setting up some goals and meeting them. I plan to lose 30 more pounds and get toned with more walking, some jogging and even getting a personal trainer. I will see you at the end of summer and we will see how many of us met our goals and are now happier and healthier for it. Good Luck and stick to the plan!!
